2026 RMS-AAPG Annual Meeting

Greetings! We are excited for you to join us at the next in-person RMS-AAPG meeting, which will be taking place in Butte, MT from October 24 - 26, 2026.
The theme of the meeting this year is “Unearthing Opportunities”, which will encompass a broad range of pertinent energy topics. In the spirit of building strong science and technology networks throughout our Rocky Mountain community, we are reaching out to ask you to join us with your financial support to help make this event an extremely productive, memorable, and rewarding experience.
EXHIBIT SPACE RENTAL:
Exhibit space is available as a 8 x 10’ booth space for $1000. Double booths may be available based on demand and space.
Each 8 x 10’ commercial booth space will receive one complimentary registration to the conference.
Booth Choices – Booth numbers are offered to Sponsors first; then exhibitors will be contacted on a first come basis to pick their booth number. Floor Plan is TBD.
